session fees & reserving your appointment

• kelly elizabeth portrait studio requires a credit card number to hold your scheduled time. your credit card will not be charged at this time. your credit card will only be charged the full sitting fee if you neglect to reschedule/cancel your appointment within 24 hours. you may pay for your session using cash, check, or credit card at the time of your session.

rescheduling

• all sessions must be rescheduled within 24 hours or you will be charged the full session fee.
• sessions rescheduled after the 24 hours will be charged 25% of the session fee.
• sessions rescheduled due to disagreeable weather will not be charged the rescheduling fee.

ordering & viewing your portraits

• once your session is complete, kelly elizabeth portrait studio will schedule an ordering appointment.
• kelly elizabeth portrait studio will provide you with a client gallery online for out of town friends and family members to choose their favorites prior to the ordering appointment.
• please have all final decision makers at this appointment.

multiple sessions and ordering

• multiple sessions may not be combined into one package, each session is separate.
• the only exception to this policy is those who have purchased the baby’s first year collection.

portrait turn-around time

• all portraits and additional products will be ready 2 to 3 weeks after your full order is placed.
• if you need the portraits by a certain date please make the studio aware and we will do our best to meet that date.

payment

• orders less than $300 are required to pay in full at the time of the order appointment
• orders more then $300 are required to pay $300 at the time of their order. The remainder of the balance is due at the time your order is ready for pick up.
• kelly elizabeth portrait studio accepts cash, check and all major credit cards.
• a $35 fee will be added to all returned checks.
• 8% NYS tax will be added to all purchases.

retouching

• basic retouching is included for all images purchased. this includes softening of fine lines, reducing dark circles and bags under eyes, and removal of blemishes.
• additional retouching prices can be found on the pricing sheet.

copyright

• copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. it is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. even though the portraits may be of you and/or your child, the photographer owns the copyright to the image. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, order any image produced at this portrait session. kelly elizabeth portrait studio retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the portrait session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc.
• clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose without written consent.
•  no other camera equipment other than the photographer’s is allowed in the photo session.
• clients purchasing the image cd will receive a copyright release to reproduce images at their leisure.

Kelly Elizabeth Studio specializes in newborn, child, baby, maternity and family photography in Rochester, NY and surrounding areas including but not limited to Fairport, Pittsford, Webster and Penfield.
